Hi, I’m Aniket

A physiotherapist with a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation, focused on clear explanations and confidence-based care.

I work with people experiencing a range of dizziness and balance problems, whether symptoms began suddenly or developed gradually over time. My focus is on helping you understand what’s happening, rebuild confidence with movement, and return to the activities you enjoy.

Does This Sound Like You?

You might be in the right place if:

  • You feel dizzy, off-balance, or unsteady

  • Symptoms worsen with movement or busy environments

  • You’ve been told everything looks normal but don’t feel normal

  • Dizziness is affecting work, exercise, or daily life

What is Vestibular Physiotherapy?

Vestibular physiotherapy focuses on conditions affecting balance and dizziness.
Treatment involves understanding your symptoms, retraining the balance system, and gradually rebuilding confidence with movement — not avoiding it.

In-Person Physiotherapy

In-person physiotherapy appointments are ideal if you prefer a hands-on assessment and guided rehabilitation in a quiet, home-based setting.

Sessions involve a thorough assessment of your movement, discussion around your symptoms and goals, and a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. Treatment may include exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, education, and advice to help you move with confidence and return to your usual activities.

Mobile / Home Visit Physiotherapy

Home visit physiotherapy brings treatment to you, making it a convenient option if travel is difficult, time is limited, or you simply prefer being treated in your own environment.

These sessions allow assessment and treatment within the context of your everyday activities, which can be particularly helpful for understanding how pain or injury affects your movement at home, work, or training. Treatment is tailored to your space and equipment, with a strong focus on practical, achievable rehabilitation.

Telehealth Physiotherapy

Telehealth physiotherapy is an online consultation option for those who prefer remote care or are unable to attend in person.

Appointments are conducted via secure video call and focus on assessment, education, exercise prescription, and return-to-activity planning. Telehealth can be suitable for many musculoskeletal conditions and is also a useful option for follow-ups, progress reviews, or guidance alongside an existing rehab program.

Online Rehab Programs (TBA)

Online rehab programs are structured exercise and education resources designed for people experiencing common musculoskeletal conditions. These programs provide general guidance on movement, strengthening, and load management for those looking for a clear starting point or a structured plan they can follow independently.

The programs are not a substitute for individual assessment, and a physiotherapy appointment is recommended to ensure the exercises are appropriate for your specific situation and to help you stay on the right track.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No, you don’t need a referral to see a physiotherapist. You can book directly without seeing a GP first.

  • Yes. Physiotherapy services are covered by most private health funds.

Following the session, you will need to pay in full and will be given an invoice which can be used to get a rebate from your health fund depending on your level of cover.

  • Dizziness can feel unsettling, but many causes are not dangerous. A thorough assessment helps determine what’s contributing to your symptoms and whether further medical input is needed.

  • Treatment is paced to your symptoms. Some exercises may temporarily bring on mild symptoms, but this is carefully controlled and adjusted to your tolerance.

  • Everyone’s recovery is different. Some conditions improve quickly, while others take time and consistency. The aim is gradual, sustainable improvement rather than quick fixes.

  • Vestibular consultations are currently offered on Fridays.
